Woodland Builders is hiring a Remodeling Salesperson with strong architectural design and CAD drafting skills. This role combines client-facing sales with design support in a residential Design/Build environment. Ideal for someone with a residential architecture or drafting background who enjoys working directly with homeowners. 
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Respond to leads, conduct discovery calls, and perform in-home consultations.</li>
<li>Present the Design/Build process, discuss budgets, and move qualified clients into paid design agreements.</li>
<li>Measure project spaces, document as-builts, and produce CAD drawings (plans, elevations, 3D views).</li>
<li>Support conceptual design, space planning, and design iterations with clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate with estimating and production to ensure drawings support accurate pricing and buildability.</li>
<li>Present final Remodeling Agreements and guide clients through decisions.</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing communication with clients through project handoff and construction.</li>
<li>Keep accurate CRM notes, attend weekly sales meetings, and participate in approved networking activities.</li>

What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture, or similar (preferred).</li>
<li>5+ years of residential design, architectural drafting, or residential remodeling experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency with CAD software (Chief Architect, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, client-facing, and project-organization skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple active clients and design/sales workflows.</li>

Content Development + Production

<li>Pull social numbers from Sprout weekly + share in one sheet format  </li>
<li>Report analytics from social media and linear media for clients when needed  </li>

Client Relationships

<li>Ensure client assets are complete  </li>
<li>Keep sponsor tracker up to date  </li>
<li>Send segments, episodes and assets to clients for approval  </li>
<li>Communicate with videographer's regarding client updates and revisions  </li>
<li>Schedule and attend client meetings in person and virtual  </li>
<li>Weekly client outreach to schedule episodes, segments, commercials and additional assets  </li>
<li>Build out recap decks for client renewals  </li>
<li>Send downloadable links to clients/PR teams  </li>
<li>Host suites and client events  </li>

<li>New business decks and value grids  </li>

<li>Build out one-sheets to provide to prospective clients  </li>

Event Coordination  
<ul>
<li>Plan, manage, and execute events from ideation to post-event follow-up  </li>
<li>Coordinate event logistics, talent, and promotional content  </li>
<li>Ensure seamless integration of event coverage across digital platforms  </li>
<li>Post event content on social media 1-2 days after the event  </li>
<li>Capture social media during event  </li>
<li>Event analytics + KPIs post event  </li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of related experience in production, marketing, digital media, or public relations </li>
<li>Experience with creative writing and copywriting strongly preferred. </li>
<li>Knowledge of digital media and sponsorship coordination is strongly preferred </li>
<li>Proficient with MS Office Suite, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube </li>
<li>Strong research skills, and interest in keeping a pulse in the food and hospitality space</li>
<li>Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to successfully prioritize </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills as well as written/verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in team environment; good ability to work in a fast-paced, loosely structured, growing and changing work environment</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and positive attitude. </li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed</li>
<li>Valid drivers license with reliable transportation</li>

The expected salary range for this position is $47,000 to $54,900 annually. The final offer will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
