About You
This is an entry level mechanic position, and as such you are most likely a high school or technical school graduate with a two year technical degree. ASE certification is highly preferred with one or more years experience working as a service technician. You are a self-starter and have the ability to work with limited supervision. You possess core skills, such as mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, diesel motors, welding, electrical systems, and PLC skills. You may also be recently separated from Military service and looking for an opportunity that will value your self-discipline and standards for safety and excellence. But honestly, this is not the only blueprint for success at MD&amp;B.
