TOWN ADMINISTRATOR OPENING

The Town of Fairlee is seeking an experienced and accomplished leader to administer and supervise the overall operations of the Town, under the discretion and direction of the Selectboard. The Town Administrator is subject to both the Town’s personnel policies and an employment contract that is negotiated between the employee and the Selectboard. Attending weekly evening meetings will be required.

The Town’s preference is for an individual who has a bachelor’s degree in political science, public administration, or a related field and at least five years of work-related experience, with at least two years in a managerial capacity, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

This is a salaried, full-time position with excellent benefits.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
