Special Education Teacher/Case Manager

Grantham Village School, PK-6, is seeking a special education teacher/case manager. The successful candidate must have experience with teaching elementary-aged children identified with special education needs; demonstrate knowledge of best practices in instruction, inclusion, special education process, and
evaluation; and experience facilitating the IEP process. We are a school community that focuses on positive communication | skills, the ability to take initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team. Current New Hampshire certification in special education or equivalent is required.
