Bookkeeper - Spofford, NH
Ames Performance is seeking a highly organized and
detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our
team in Spofford, NH. This role combines administrative
duties with bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring smooth
office operations ane accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including
supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
• Provide administrative support to staff
• Maintain office files and records
Bookkeeping:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including
accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
Payroll processing and onboarding
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Provide customer service to internal and external
clients
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's
or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in office management and
bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
