Job Requirements\n
- \n
- 3+ years of recent Progressive Care Unit, Medical Surgical, and Telemetry RN experience
- Strong telemetry experience required
- Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Basic dysrhythmia test completed and documented in profile
- Skills checklists for Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit, current within 1 year
- One supervisory reference from within the past two years
- Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Rural or small-facility nursing experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Must have personal transportation for the assignment

Responsibilities\n

- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across Med Surg, Telemetry, and PCU patient populations
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
- Deliver care for patients with varying acuity levels, including higher-acuity PCU assignments as needed
- Perform thorough assessments, document patient conditions, and communicate updates clearly to the care team
- Support a patient ratio that may range from 5:1 depending on acuity, with higher-acuity PCU assignments at 3:1 or 4:1
- Work independently while contributing to a small-team environment
- Maintain flexibility to float between Med Surg, Telemetry, and PCU assignments based on unit needs
- Deliver compassionate care to a broad patient population from newborn to geriatric
