Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborative methods.
- Develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans, ensuring these are regularly updated in response to client progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records that meet regulatory standards, including timely completion of all required forms and reports.
- Engage actively in team meetings and discussions to share insights and progress regarding client cases, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with community partners, service systems, and state agencies to enhance service delivery and secure additional resources.
- Act as a liaison for clients, coordinating with relevant organizations and systems to provide comprehensive support tailored to individual needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, which contribute to personal growth and effective practice.
- Promote the mission and principles of Long Beach Counseling Services within the community and among peers.
- Assist the Clinic Director with additional duties and special projects as required to promote program success.
