Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Greenfield, MA
$55–$60/hour | PRN
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Greenfield, MA. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
What You'll Do
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled interventions addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
- Establish functional goals and monitor resident progress
- Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and resident needs
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with therapy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
