Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Little Feet Creative Learning Inc is looking for a nurturing and passionate Infant Teacher to join our growing team in North Attleboro, MA! Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, responsive care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and physical development
- Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community
- Follow all EEC licensing requirements and center policies
Requirements:
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred
- EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework a plus
