Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Little Feet Creative Learning Inc is looking for a nurturing and passionate Infant Teacher to join our growing team in North Attleboro, MA! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most critical stage of a child's development. Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, responsive care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and physical development
  • Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
  • Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community
  • Follow all EEC licensing requirements and center policies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred
  • EEC Infant/Toddler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework a plus
