About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services via telemedicine to an adult patient population, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a caseload of up to 16 patients per day. Responsibilities include in-basket coverage, patient calls, prescription refills, and patient message management. Clinicians with at least one year of primary care experience and demonstrated competency managing type 2 diabetes - including comfort with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin - are preferred; those without diabetes specialty experience will not be scheduled for patients with complex diabetes. The patient mix includes adults with general cardiology, heart failure, vascular disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, sarcoid, and amyloid diagnoses.
