Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a student support role preferred
- Familiarity with elementary-aged children and one-on-one instructional settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Compassion, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire young learners
Position Details:
- Start date: September 8th
- End date: June 23rd, 2027
- Hours: 32.5–35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Caseload: Support focused exclusively on one 4th grade student
