We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions in an acute and critical care setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP equipment.
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis.
- Administer respiratory medications through nebulizers and inhalers.
- Assist with pulmonary function testing (PFTs) after cross-training.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, effective patient care.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher.
- Current Respiratory Therapist license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- NRP certification highly preferred.
- Ability to work two varied 12-hour night shifts per week.
- Local candidates preferred.
