Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as Director of Maintenance at Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the oversight of maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems

Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and tasks, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards

Monitor and report on maintenance activities

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility
