Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of application and infrastructure support, with a focus on enhancing reliability through platform improvements. Your passion for technology and eagerness to embrace new technologies will drive your success in this role.

• Work within AWS Sysadmin, monitoring solutions, shell scripting, Python programming, AWS Lambda, Linux and Windows Sysadmin, and network topology.
• Problem solve in Agile environments and software development life cycles, dig deep to identify problems and find timely resolutions, update tickets in Confluence/JIRA.
• Work hybrid in either Texas or New Hampshire (50% on site, 50% remote role)

Experience Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in system and application support-related roles - REQUIRES STRONG LINUX, WINDOWS, AWS, AND PYTHON / POWERSHELL (must have skills)
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with large multi-server distributed UNIX/LINUX environments, AWS-based cloud applications, and application software development.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
