About the Role:
Tanishq Jewelry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to lead our team at our Westborough, MA location. Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Open and Close the store on time.
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Monitor floor coverage, staff scheduling, and task delegation to maintain optimal store performance
- Assist customers with high-value jewelry purchases, product inquiries, and conflict resolution
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper display of fine jewelry collections
- Track inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with management on replenishment needs
- Enforce store policies, loss prevention protocols, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management or floor supervisor experience, preferably in retail industry
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance in a retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with POS systems and retail inventory management
- Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, or luxury goods is a strong plus
- Availability to work 10 hours shifts on weekends & holidays
