Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, assessing their progress and stability, and re-evaluating treatment plans as necessary.
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on each client’s specific needs and aspirations.
- Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client histories and needs, utilizing effective communication techniques to gather relevant information.
- Document treatment history and client progress meticulously in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly while being open to conducting group therapy as needed, fostering an environment of supportive dialogue.
- Engage in continual professional development through individual supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
