Mindful Connections Behavioral Consulting & Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, school, and community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
- Attend required training and supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
