Key Responsibilities\n

- Document all clinical interactions and interventions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and consistently meeting both organizational and contractual standards.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, collaborating with clinical teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Facilitate the development and execution of behavioral support plans in a collaborative team environment, coordinating with interdisciplinary groups to provide holistic care.
- Actively participate in the organization's licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between Consent Counseling Services and key stakeholders in state agencies, community organizations, and other service systems, effectively communicating the needs and services of our clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and other training opportunities relevant to your practice.
- Promote a culture of respect and understanding that aligns with our agency's mission and values.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals and improve service responsiveness.
