At FYZICAL Bedford, you’ll join a new, clean, and bright outpatient clinic designed for individualized care. We prioritize 40-minute, one-on-one sessions, giving you the chance to work closely with patients and PTs alike. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll benefit from experienced PT mentorship while building your own skills and confidence in both ortho and balance/vestibular therapy.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do

• Deliver patient care under the supervision and direction of licensed Physical Therapists

• Carry out individualized treatment plans across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations

• Provide one-on-one attention during 40-minute sessions, maintaining quality outcomes and patient trust

• Incorporate advanced tools such as our overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, and Normatec Recovery

• Document efficiently with Prompt EMR and AI-driven tools, supporting seamless care and communication

• Educate patients and families on safe practices, home programs, and long-term progress

• Support clinic operations and community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness programs

Required SkillsQualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and patient-centered

• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome

• Interest in balance/vestibular therapy and eagerness to learn
