At FYZICAL Bedford, you’ll join a new, clean, and bright outpatient clinic designed for individualized care. We prioritize 40-minute, one-on-one sessions, giving you the chance to work closely with patients and PTs alike. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll benefit from experienced PT mentorship while building your own skills and confidence in both ortho and balance/vestibular therapy.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do

Deliver patient care under the supervision and direction of licensed Physical Therapists

Carry out individualized treatment plans across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations
-
Provide one-on-one attention during 40-minute sessions, maintaining quality outcomes and patient trust

Incorporate advanced tools such as our overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, and Normatec Recovery
-
Document efficiently with Prompt EMR and AI-driven tools, supporting seamless care and communication
-
Educate patients and families on safe practices, home programs, and long-term progress

Support clinic operations and community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness programs
Required SkillsQualifications
-
Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
-
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and patient-centered
-
Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome
-
Interest in balance/vestibular therapy and eagerness to learn
