Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working within school settings (elementary preferred)
- Skilled at supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with both direct and consultative duties in educational contexts
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral assessment, analysis, and intervention for elementary students
- Supervise two RBTs, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and professional standards
- Take on direct service responsibilities to ensure individualized care
- Engage in ongoing communication with district stakeholders regarding student programs
