Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Technician for a full-time position. This role involves traveling to customer locations within the Boston and Greater Boston areas to diagnose, repair, and maintain various appliances. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a variety of household and commercial appliances.

Conduct routine maintenance to ensure appliances function efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate repair solutions.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with appliances.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications:

Experience in appliance repair and maintenance (commercial and residential).

Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC components.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Certification in Appliance Repair is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
