Join a nationally respected appliance repair company with over 250 locations. This commission-first role offers uncapped earnings — top techs make $100K–$150K+. Start with a short training period on base pay, then transition to full commission + bonuses.

Pay & Perks:

• Commission + bonuses (no cap)
• The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.

Our technicians are usually paid on a daily guarantee to start and eventually a commission based on revenue, but Compensation type is subject to negotiation with you. Our top technicians easily earn well over $100,000 annually.

• $10K+ annual referral bonus per tech

• Diagnose, repair, and install major home appliances
• Perform sealed system/refrigeration repairs (if certified)

Requirements:

• 5 +years appliance repair experience required
• Sealed system/refrigeration skills
• EPA Universal 1 certification
• CFC certification
• Valid driver’s license, clean record
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally
