Due to our rapid growth and expansion Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a full-time, experienced Residential Property Manager for a property in Dover, NH The Property Manager's primary responsibilities are the operational and financial aspects of the property and meeting company goals in those areas. Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily property operations, including:
<ul>
<li>Marketing and leasing</li>
<li>Resident relations</li>
<li>Maintenance coordination</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Maximize occupancy by:
<ul>
<li>Responding to inquiries and phone calls</li>
<li>Qualifying prospective residents</li>
<li>Showing and leasing apartments</li>
<li>Preparing lease documents and move-in paperwork</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Create and execute resident retention and leasing strategies</li>
<li>Manage:
<ul>
<li>Rent collections</li>
<li>Capital improvement projects</li>
<li>Reporting and compliance requirements</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ensure operations comply with applicable laws and company policies</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Willingness to work weekends</li>
</ul>
