- Assist with quality control checks, safety enforcement, and daily reporting
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to verify field conditions
- Help maintain project schedules and create short-term look-ahead plans
- Perform light carpentry tasks when needed (protection, temporary work, punchlist, misc. site support)
- Serve as the point of contact when the Superintendent is off-site
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, efficient jobsite
Who You Are
- Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or strong hands-on trade background (carpentry preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and jobsite coordination
- Willingness to learn the management side of construction while still jumping in where needed
- Comfortable reading drawings and communicating with subcontractors
- Organized, dependable, and proactive — someone who takes initiative
- A team player who wants long-term growth in construction management
Why Join Drack?

- Exposure to diverse project types: new builds, adaptive reuse, interiors, and more
- Hands-on mentorship with a clear path toward Superintendent
- Tight-knit culture where your work is noticed, appreciated, and rewarded
- Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow as we continue expanding in Boston
