Temporary Maintenance Technician II - From 1.1.26 to 4.1.26
 
SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 730AM-330PM This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies. 
 
Pays $21.50 - $35.00per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
 
LOCATION: 151-155 Geneva Avenue, Boston 
 
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
 
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
 
REQUIRED: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Ability to read printed labels and instructions</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
 
REQUIRED:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in Building Maintenance </li>
</ul>
