Description
• Support lab operations activities and help with maintaining GMP and non- GMP areas. • Perform all lab and maintenance activities in strict adherence to cGMP, EHS, and company safety protocols. • Troubleshoot and resolve all equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime. • Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors to ensure the lab is continuing to operate effectively. • Help with the validation of new equipment. • Draft and maintain basic SOPs for several of the systems across the operation areas • Assist with equipment updates to ensure everything stays in compliance. • Work with outside vendors to ensure we have the best pricing for all consumables, equipment, and supplies in the lab

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Associate degree in a life science role • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in pharma/biotech or other regulated industries. • Familiarity with GMP environments, cleanroom protocols, and documentation practices. • Relevant certifications are always preferred
