Day Nurse – RN or LPN (Every Other Weekend, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rates + Weekend Differentials

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) or a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team for a consistent day shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, every other weekend. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where you can provide meaningful patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer scheduled morning and midday medications, treatments, and wound care according to individualized care plans.

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, admissions, and care plan updates.

  • Assist with resident monitoring, focused assessments, and day-to-day care routines.

  • Maintain prompt, accurate charting within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort.

  • Communicate resident status changes clearly to physicians, incoming shift staff, and family members.

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.

  • Current CPR / BLS certification.

  • Reliable availability to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM every other weekend.

  • Strong clinical decision-making, time management, and communication skills.

  • Both experienced nurses and motivated new graduates are welcome to apply!
