Day Nurse – RN or LPN (Every Other Weekend, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rates + Weekend Differentials
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) or a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team for a consistent day shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, every other weekend. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where you can provide meaningful patient care.
What You’ll Do

Administer scheduled morning and midday medications, treatments, and wound care according to individualized care plans.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, admissions, and care plan updates.

Assist with resident monitoring, focused assessments, and day-to-day care routines.

Maintain prompt, accurate charting within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort.

Communicate resident status changes clearly to physicians, incoming shift staff, and family members.
Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Reliable availability to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM every other weekend.

Strong clinical decision-making, time management, and communication skills.
