Respiratory Therapist – Urgent Need – Travel Assignment\n\nShifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (07:00–19:30 & 19:00–07:30) | rotating within same week if needed\n\nWeekends/Holidays: Rotating\n\nStart: ASAP | Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)\n\nFacility: Smaller, slower-paced; triage may require rapid response and patient transfer to main Boston hospital\n\nJob Description:\n\nAssess and provide diagnostic testing, treatment, and care to RT patients\n\nEvaluate treatment effectiveness\n\nMaintain department records\n\nExperience / Skills Required:\n\nCurrent MA Respiratory Therapist License\n\nRRT\n\nBLS required; NRP required; ACLS preferred\n\nMust be able to draw arterial blood gases\n\nEMR experience strongly preferred\n\nTravel / Local Rule: Must live 50+ miles from facility; no local travelers accepted\n\nOrientation: Biweekly\n\nHiring / Interview: NM to interview and offer; provide dates/times for interview upon submission\n\nTime-Off Requests: All RTO must be submitted at time of application\n\nRestriction: Travelers who have worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, permanent, or per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible; must be separated for 6 months
