Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA)
Elevate Home & Center-Based Services | Crossroads Continuum
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Crossroads Continuum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Massachusetts LABA to join our Elevate Home & Center-Based Services team.
We are a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with autism to learn, grow, and thrive. Our Elevate program provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services in home and center-based settings, with a strong focus on clinical quality, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do
As an Elevate BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight for an assigned caseload while supervising and developing Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and functional analyses
- Develop, implement, monitor, and revise evidence-based treatment plans, BIPs, and BMGs
- Use clinical data to evaluate progress and guide treatment decisions
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing feedback to Behavior Technicians
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote consistency and progress across environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, schools, and other members of the treatment team
- Complete assessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Ensure services meet ethical, organizational, insurance, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development
When assigned, the BCBA may also serve as the on-site clinical lead for center-based services, providing real-time clinical guidance and safety support when the Clinical Manager is not physically present.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Massachusetts LABA license
- Strong clinical knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ability to effectively supervise, train, and support direct-care staff
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply and will receive structured mentorship and clinical support.
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position supporting home- and center-based services. Some early morning and/or evening availability may be required based on client and program needs.
BCBAs may occasionally provide short-term clinical support across Crossroads Continuum programs based on client or organizational needs.
Physical & Safety Requirements
This position requires the ability to successfully complete and maintain certification in Crossroads Continuum's required physical management and safety curriculum.
The role may require responding quickly to unsafe behavior or elopement, kneeling, squatting, transitioning to and from the floor, supporting client weight, and safely assisting clients during approved protective interventions.
