We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in closing commercial transactions, primarily for banks and institutional lenders. Responsibilities include reviewing title and survey, preparing closing checklists and documents, coordinating with lenders, borrowers, and title companies, managing critical dates, and handling all aspects of the closing and post-closing process. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with commercial loan documents, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously are essential. Experience with closing software and title systems preferred.
