Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial assessments to identify the specific issues a family or couple is facing, using a variety of assessment tools and methods to gather comprehensive data.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique dynamics and challenges presented by each family, considering cultural context and individual circumstances.
- Implement therapeutic techniques in sessions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, or other evidence-based methodologies tailored to the needs of your clients.
- Facilitate open discussions among family members, helping them articulate their feelings, concerns, and perspectives while gently guiding conversations toward constructive resolutions.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes and maintain engagement.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients about the impact of their behaviors on family dynamics, relationships, and overall well-being.
- Support clients in processing complex emotions such as grief and loss, managing transitions, and enhancing parenting strategies to stabilize home environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
