Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their unique cultural backgrounds and personal goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
- Provide crisis intervention services to support patients in acute distress and ensure continuity of care through effective collaboration with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, aligned with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them develop the skills and knowledge to manage mental health issues effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health and well-being are addressed.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
