Key Responsibilities\n

- Conducting thorough assessments and individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing both traditional and alternative therapeutic methods.
- Facilitating couples therapy, addressing concerns such as communication barriers, trust issues, and relational dynamics to foster healthier partnerships.
- Implementing family therapy sessions aimed at improving interaction patterns, emotional connections, and understanding among family members.
- Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
- Diagnosing mental health disorders and formulating effective treatment strategies that align with best practices and ethical standards.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, when necessary.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective therapy as well as documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
