Certification Details
• BLS
• Massachusetts State Respiratory Therapist License

Job Details
• 3 x12 hour night position in very busy NICU.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) mandatory.

Job Requirements
• Must have Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.

Schedule Information
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, night shift.

Unit Specific Information
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Additional Details
• MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding.
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date, updated annually.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break.
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for onboarding.
• MGB Education Verification required for onboarding.
• MGB SSN Trace required for onboarding.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
