Registered Nurse – Critical Care Unit (CCU), travel assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,106.00–$2,242.00 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 36 hours per week, night shifts. Setting: hospital CCU environment within a travel, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the CCU, including monitoring hemodynamics and responding to changes in patient condition
- Manage ventilated patients, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic therapies as part of the CCU care plan
- Administer medications, perform frequent neuro assessments, and document care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Participate in unit rounding, escalation of urgent concerns, and ensure patient safety during transitions of care
- Floats to PCU as needed to support staffing and patient acuity, per unit requirements
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license; license must be uploaded to profile
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required and uploaded
- Minimum 2 years of current CCU/critical care nursing experience
- Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
- Willingness to float to PCU as needed; Ventilation, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring experience required
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred; TNCC preferred; BSN preferred
- Traveler must have own vehicle
