SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently looking for caring and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team in Milford, MA! We welcome caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing quality support that allows clients to remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Handle light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and responsible

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
