This position is housed within our outpatient office while primarily functioning in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
- Providing individual and family therapy through evidence-based therapeutic modalities designed to support emotional well-being and resilience.
- Completing comprehensive billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timelines to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Developing crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to assist clients in maintaining stable mental health and navigating difficult situations.
- Creating effective discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition from ongoing therapy to independence.
- Adhering to all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies, to ensure compliance in all therapeutic practices.
- Staying abreast of industry developments by participating in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
- Engaging in regular case consultations and agency meetings to enhance care collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
- Completing all licensure and mandatory training requirements as part of our commitment to professional development.

Qualifications\n
To excel in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

- Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts is essential for this position.
