Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and individual recovery goals.
- Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using therapeutic techniques appropriate for the client’s specific challenges, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.
- Lead group therapy sessions or family counseling as required, fostering a safe space for shared experiences and support.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and outcomes.
- Thoroughly document each client interaction, ensuring all progress, concerns, and treatment adjustments are accurately recorded in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
