Pay Rate: $23-$25
Duration: 1 Year Minimum
Start Date: 12/1/25
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks to assist the Data Intake Associates in ingesting claim submissions in a timely manner. This will include but not limited to reviewing business exceptions and taking the corrective action required, obtaining Accurint reports, ingesting collateral documents and aggregate reports in GWEW (system is used to load claims), responding to status requests.
- Medical coding would be great but not required. This is a Data Entry Level position so any experience working with computers, communication and/or Claims would be great.
- When claim submissions are received, they will be entered in GWEW
- When business exceptions are received, they will be reviewed in CMS (System) to determine why it failed and correct the issue so it can be put back into the BOT for processing.
MUST-HAVE Technologies and Experience:
- Excel skills (experience with excel, pivot tables, basic formulas, macros)
- Microsoft Outlook / Teams as primary forms of communication
- Use of shared drives
- SharePoint
- Adaptable / quick to learn internal systems
- Critical thinking / problem solving skills
NICE TO Have Technologies and Experience:
- Medical Coding Experience
- Accurint Experience
