Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Vermont OT Certificate required
- Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy role preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Strong organizational and communication skills for district-wide collaboration
- Proven track record of adaptability and initiative in multi-site settings
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs across four buildings
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, observations, and interventions tailored to support student learning and participation
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, contributing to IEP meetings and progress reports
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
