Multiple openings are available across both middle and high school for the upcoming academic year.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a paraprofessional or in similar educational support roles
- Comfort and confidence working with middle and/or high school students
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students in a school setting
- Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students during classroom activities and transitions throughout the school day
- Work individually and in small groups to reinforce academic lessons and social skills
- Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and managing classroom behavior
- Provide encouragement, motivation, and timely assistance to help students access the curriculum
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
