Job SummaryThis role delivers high-touch technical support within a global Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization that spans the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. The Technical Support professional ensures seamless assistance for senior leadership, manages executive devices, and supports the mobile and telecom ecosystem while collaborating across global teams to maintain operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive IT Support & Tech Bar Engagement
- Provide direct support for SVPs and executive stakeholders across Windows, Mac, and iPhone platforms, including all peripherals.
- Deliver personalized and confidential technical assistance with professionalism.
- Participate as an active member of the Tech Bar team, offering walk-up support and ensuring exceptional service quality across all user levels.
Mobile / TEM Operational Support
- Act as a liaison between End Users, EUS Engineering, mobile carriers, and Telecom Expense Management teams.
- Support mobile device lifecycle, provisioning, and issue resolution.
- Maintain performance and reliability across the entire mobile ecosystem.
ServiceNow Incident/Request Escalations
- Manage escalated incidents and requests across Home Office, DC/FC/PC Sites, and Buying Office Locations.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of high-impact issues.
Incident & Problem Management
- Own escalated incidents and problems to reduce business disruption.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Global Collaboration & Project Support
- Partner with Global EUS Engineering and Deskside teams on initiatives supporting enterprise operations.
- Assist in planning and executing IT rollouts, updates, and enhancements.
Service Desk Transition & Enablement
- Ensure Global Service Desk teams receive proper materials, documentation, and transition support for new deployments.
- Provide training and resources for seamless adoption of IT changes.
Device Hardware Governance
- Collaborate with EUS Engineering teams and vendors to define and validate hardware specifications.
- Ensure global device standards align with business requirements.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in IT operations or executive-level support
- Proven experience supporting Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with mobile/TEM ecosystems
