Join our Westborough, MA team and help produce high-quality electronic systems. As an Electronic Systems Assembly Specialist, you will transform engineering intent into reliable, finished products while strengthening your assembly expertise.

What you will do

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to assemble electronic and electro-mechanical units.
• Execute in-process and final quality checks to confirm conformance.
• Partner with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve build issues quickly.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Document your work thoroughly and report defects or anomalies.
• Participate in continuous improvement to streamline assembly processes.

What we are looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification preferred.
• At least 2 years in electronic assembly or a similar role.
• Accurate, detail-oriented approach with strong adherence to instructions.
• Comfort using hand tools and standard assembly equipment.
• Collaborative problem-solver who communicates clearly.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
