Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and specific trauma histories.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience building.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on processing trauma and fostering the development of effective coping strategies.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and cohesive patient care.
- Deliver crisis intervention and support to patients during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate assistance in high-stress situations.
- Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote understanding and healing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in valuable case consultations and team meetings to share insights and discuss patient progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
