Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students near Newtonville, MA as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This full-time position offers 32 hours each week across four days, beginning October 26, 2026, and extending through mid-spring 2027. You’ll make a real difference by providing essential onsite therapy services within a well-supported school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapy license for Massachusetts; must be ready to initiate state licensure paperwork upfront.
• Previous experience working in school-based settings is required.
• Comfortable handling a K-12 caseload, adapting interventions for a diverse student population.
• Up-to-date on CORI background checks and able to complete fingerprinting as part of onboarding.
• Skilled in evaluations, writing progress reports, and delivering direct therapy services.
• Willingness to complete a virtual interview via Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students ranging from kindergarten through high school.
• Complete and document evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain meticulous records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student development and access to learning.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans.
• Adhere to school schedules and participate fully in onsite team activities.

This onsite role ensures you’ll engage directly with students and staff, fostering relationships and facilitating measurable growth. The contract spans the full school year, wrapping up in March or April, and provides a stable schedule for work-life balance.
