Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for couples and family members.

  • Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also meeting with individual family members to address specific needs and dynamics.

  • Specializing in various issues, including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

  • Using evidence-based therapeutic practices to support clients through challenges, including adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
  • \n

  • Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • \n

  • Participating in regular team meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical offerings.
  • \n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, from adults navigating complex relationship issues to children and adolescents facing interpersonal challenges. You will play a vital role in helping families strengthen their bonds through effective communication and therapeutic interventions, thereby improving their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
