Key Responsibilities\n
In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for couples and family members.
- Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also meeting with individual family members to address specific needs and dynamics.
- Specializing in various issues, including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.
- Using evidence-based therapeutic practices to support clients through challenges, including adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
- Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participating in regular team meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
