Take an active role in supporting student success as a contract paraprofessional or behavior support provider in a dynamic educational setting near Windsor, VT. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Paraprofessionals, and ABA specialists, to help shape an evolving behavior program for the 2026-2027 school year. With guidance from a newly appointed district BCBA, you'll be part of an innovative team launching pilot initiatives across multiple grade levels.

Positions are available across elementary (3 roles), middle (2 roles), and high school (2 roles) settings, each offering an engagement spanning 35-37.5 hours per week during the school year from late August to mid-June.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, RBT, or in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within school settings
  • Demonstrated ability to support students with varying behavioral needs
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies
  • Willingness to work under the supervision of a district BCBA (outside BCBA supervision for RBTs preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior support and academic plans alongside educators
  • Collect and track data on student progress and behavior interventions
  • Provide direct support to students in inclusive and specialized classrooms
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student achievement and well-being
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute insights to pilot projects as the behavior program evolves
