Reach Higher ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based position in Salem, New Hampshire. As a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, Reach Higher ABA helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills. In this school setting role, you will provide one-on-one behavioral support to a student following steady weekday school hours with no nights or weekends. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM, totaling about 34 hours per week at a pay rate of $30 to $35 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and RBT support to a student in a school environment
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Collect, track, and document accurate progress data daily using CentralReach software
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the clinical team to support student success
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment during all sessions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
