Maple Leaf HealthCare Center Manchester, NH $55–$60/hour
Stern Therapy is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized therapy services for residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders</li>
<li>Develop treatment plans based on resident needs and goals</li>
<li>Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team</li>
<li>Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active New Hampshire SLP license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred</li>
</ul>
