You’ll be working 20-25 hours per week, serving both a high school and a charter school within a dynamic and collaborative district. This long-term substitute role will provide critical support for students during upcoming staff leaves, allowing you to have a positive impact when it’s needed most. Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or school-based experienced SLPAs
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for high school and charter school students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt and implement interventions to meet varied student needs
